The City of Hopkins hired RJM Construction as Construction Manager at Risk to oversee their Pavilion expansion plan.

The project added 7,600 square feet to the warming house, a new refrigeration plant, new roof, upgraded electronic sensing, expanded parking area, and modern finishes.

The Pavilion is used year-round, offering space for a multitude of sports activities and other events.
