Our internship program, guided by Matt Buggi, Director of Project Management, Justin Johnson, Director of Preconstruction, and Cindy Luoma, Director of Human Resources, provides a 12-week hands-on experience aimed at giving interns a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry within RJM’s dynamic company culture. “We value our interns immensely,” says Johnson. “Their fresh perspectives inject new energy into our projects and provide us with an opportunity to share our industry insights.” Throughout the program, interns will learn hands-on, working directly with our teams to apply their classroom knowledge to real-world projects. This will allow them to grow professionally while making meaningful contributions to our work. “We’re excited to see our interns embrace the challenges and opportunities that come their way,” adds Buggi. “Their enthusiasm and dedication mirror our commitment to excellence in serving our clients.”
