Time to celebrate another inspiring Women in Construction Week with #TeamRJM!
Last year, we kicked off a tradition of taking job site tours that’s become a highlight for all of us. Thanks to laborer foreman Jeff Kmetz and field engineer Matt Manders for guiding us around at 1010 Lofts (Strutwear), we’ve continued the celebration this year with superintendent Chris Cohoe and project engineer Alexus Jackson taking us through the massive new Duffey complex in North Loop Minneapolis!
As we explore the buildings and plan our future apartments (okay, maybe only some of us were doing that), we’re reminded of the incredible achievements of the women in our company over the past year.
Here’s to building not only structures but also strong relationships outside the office. Happy Women in Construction Week!
