Bhatti Gastroenterology Consultants proudly unveiled their new clinic and ambulatory surgery center in Edina at the Southdale Specialty Surgery Center. The event was full of excitement as they cut the ribbon, marking a significant milestone of our collaborative construction efforts with healthcare real estate expert MSP Commercial and architecture and interior design firm Pope Design Group on this 14-month project. The four-story medical office building was constructed after the demolition of the original building on the corner of 66th and France.
The project optimized square footage by dedicating the bottom two levels to parking, while the upper two levels house the Bhatti GI clinic and ambulatory surgery center. Forward-thinking in design, the building has the structural capacity for a future three-level expansion, ensuring adaptability to evolving healthcare needs.
