RJM served as the general contractor for Athlos Academy’s 90,000 square-foot charter school.

The project required careful planning to complete a majority of the underground and site work before harsh winter conditions arrived. RJM collaborated with the team to carefully plan and phase the project to meet the scheduled completion date. Indoor features include advanced Smart technology in classrooms, weight room and indoor athletic turf. Basketball courts, baseball fields and extensive playground equipment cover the school grounds along with a large multi-purpose sports field. The flexible sports field design can also be utilized as a winter hockey rink.
