GOLDEN VALLEY (July 11, 2019) — RJM Construction, a Minnesota-based general contractor, is introducing their Service Team to the market.
In May of 2018, RJM Construction founded the team to help clients with projects of all sizes, maintaining their buildings at the highest standard of functionality. The goal is to provide routine service, preventative maintenance, rapid solutions, and scalable resources. Over the last year, RJM has completed nearly 100 service projects and currently maintains approximately 40 active clients, with nearly 40% repeat business.
Leading the team is David Mellang, who was promoted to the position after working in project management roles for RJM’s healthcare market. Mellang‘s team includes industry-veteran RJM carpenters Kirk Solmonson and Bob Crawford.
“We have served a variety of clients across all of RJM’s market sectors,” stated Mellang. “Long-term partners, as well as a mix of new clients, have utilized the Service Team. So far, it’s been a great experience.”
The most common service jobs are millwork repairs, drywall and paint work, and carpentry tasks such as installing specialty items for clients. The Service Team has also completed projects involving other scopes of work, including mechanical, concrete, glass, metal panels, signage, and site work.
Mellang added, “By helping clients with all of these service needs – from a cabinet door to roofing repairs – demonstrates our company’s core values of building relationships and problem-solving. Helping our clients to this extent is tremendously rewarding.”
