RJM Construction is thrilled to welcome John Warner as our new Service Project Engineer!
In this key role within the service department, John will handle estimating, subcontractor coordination, vendor-client relations, and ensuring high safety and quality standards. With guidance from the Service Manager, he will focus on client satisfaction, project start-up, material procurement, project scheduling, processing/documentation, and project closeout.

What is one thing you’ve learned since being in the construction industry?
Every day is different than the last and that there is always a solution for each scenario. It just depends on how you choose to solve the problem for the best outcome.

What is something most people don’t know about you?
I lived in Arizona for a little and worked on repairing & constructing new hiking trails. The trails that we worked on ranged from some on the southern border to the border of Utah. The one that I will remember most was working at the bottom of the Grand Canyon.
