Alec Schwab was recently promoted to the role of superintendent. Before Alec’s promotion, he held the role of assistant superintendent for one year, working on a variety of projects in all of our markets. Prior to that, he was a carpenter foreman, lead carpenter, and started out as a carpenter nearly nine years ago.
“RJM has really challenged and pushed me to be where I am today. A company that is willing to challenge you is a benefit as they want to see their employees succeed,” said Alec.
We are proud of Alec’s promotion and of the work he has done to get himself to where he is. Congrats Alec!
Alec has shown his dedication to getting the job done right every time, no matter how complicated or simple. He is a skilled worker and knows what it takes to make sure all the pieces come together on time, and according to the client’s wishes. He will be a great addition to our superintendent team.
