- Achieved a 0.54 EMR (experience modification rating – when the EMR score drops below 1.0, you are considered safer than others in the industry)
- Hired 57 field team members – a record for RJM!
- Expanded our geographical reach with projects in South Dakota and North Dakota
- Animal Emergency and Referral Center won Special Purpose Project at the 2023 NAIOP Awards of Excellence
- Duffey Lofts and 724 Lofts were honored at Finance and Commerce Top Projects
- Twin Cities Orthopedics Stillwater won New Project Total Value Under $15,000,000 at the Minnesota Construction Association Awards of Excellence
- Plymouth Community Center won Government/Community Facility Project at the Minnesota Real Estate Journal Awards
- Barbara Brick was honored at Finance and Commerce Top Women in Construction Awards
- Bryce Kamenick was honored at Finance and Commerce Rising Young Professionals Awards
